Villa Dolores is located near the center of Štinjan, a small holiday place distanced just 6 km from the city of Pula. Štinjan is located right on the south-western Istria beach coast, right opposite to National park Brijuni Islands (also known as the Brionian Island or Brioni). ​Štinjan village is near Puntižela, a tourist destination connecting two very attractive touristic destinations, Pula and NP Brijuni islands. The area has a typical Mediterranean climate, with warm sunny summers and mild winters. Ideal for year long vacations and relaxing summer holidays with bathing in the sea.

In Villa Dolores we offer you comfortable self-service accommodation in three apartments, 2 one-bedrooms and 1 two-bedrooms, with a maximum capacity of 12 persons. Ideal for families, younger couples or friends. Each apartment has fully equipped room/s and kitchen, air condition, SAT TV, WiFi, outdoor shower and grill for guests usage, cozy terrace and a private parking place.

The house is only 50 meters from the center of Štinjan, with supermarket and grocery shops and just 800 meters from small pebbles and rocky beaches, ideal for small children as for adults. The first bus station is just 50 meters away, Pula Airport is only 10 km away.

Since we own a 5-meter motorboat with music and fridge, we can offer our guests a great tour along the rugged coast with visits to Brijuni Islands, nearby city of Rovinj, Fažana or Pula!
